Wadi El Hol 1
Wadi El Hol 2
This is inscription 1 from the Wadi el-Hol.
The letters are in continuous script starting from the right to the left.
The last letter is actually the letter Ghah and not Ayin is I have typed it in this line. It is an ancient letter with the meaning of something twisted which inspires us think of the rope making process, a rope, or something dark of color because of the dark color of the goat hair in the rope.
This is how I see the separate words in this sentence.
רבד נמ נה נג מה אט מע
רבד (to spread a covering on a a bed, or couch h7234, b2742V) נמ (to sleep in a semi conscious slumber between sleep and wake b1312) נה (to wail, to lament, to mourn h5091, b1304) נג (morning, the warm touch of light, the rising of the morning sun h5050-5053, b1302A) מה (what have you done? h4100, b1281Nm) אט (a gentle voice, a whisper h328, b1009Nm I) מע (the Mem represents an unknown thing, the Ghah represents something dark, this word means the unknown things we hear from the darkness of ones mind during sleep, our dreams and visions, our inner conscious)
Spread out a sheet so you can sleep into a semi conscious slumber. And mourn, and lament on that sheet until the morning sun lightly touches your skin. While you slumber, consider what you have done. You will hear it from that gentile inner voice that comes from the darkness of your mind during your time of rest on that sheet.
The Ivory Pomegranate is believed to be from about 1300 BC which places this artifact at the Exodus. It is quite possible that this artifact was carried by someone during the wilderness travels. The inscribed letters are in paleo Hebrew. Here are the modern Hebrew letters: לבית יהוה קדש כהנם
Traditional Translation from Wikipedia: "Belonging to the Temple [literally 'house'] of ---h, holy to the priests" or "Sacred donation for the priests of [or 'in'] the Temple [literally 'house'] of ---h"
Pomegranates are indigenous to the promised land of Israel. In the wilderness, this symbol would make people think of the promised land and the promises of Yaha'oha. The pomegranate reminds us of the promises of joy, plenty, peace, and rest.
Here is my translation: The heart of Yaha'oha is holy and ministers to the multitude.
לבית: I see the first word differently than the traditional translators who translated it as "from the house of". The word לב equates to heart. The ית as a suffix to לב make an abstract noun "heart" real. Heart, in this case is an emotion. The Heart of Yaha'oha loves us and cares for us like a shepherd loves his sheep and provides all that is needed to survive. The intensions of Father Av, are in the heart of Yaha'oha. In his heart he has the same love that Father Av has for the children of Israel.
יהוה: yad hey vav hey The letters used to name the son of our Father Av. He was there for creation, he gave the written Torah to Moses, knew David in the womb, and establishes and reveals the will of Father Av to mankind.
קדש: Kodesh is a word used to indicate that something is pure, clean, holy, consecrated, or something set apart for use during worship.
כהנם: This word כהנם is used to indicate a priest to the multitude.
לבית יהוה קדש כהנם - The heart of Yaha'oha is holy and ministers to the multitude.
In conclusion this artifact, which was probably carried by someone during the wilderness trek was a reminder of the promises and who was the leader. It most importantly reminded the carrier the fact that Yaha'oha was behind Moses guiding him so that he could guide the multitude of children. The heart of Yaha'oha is Torah. Torah ministers to us. Torah brings us, as the pomegranate reminds us, joy, plenty, peace, and rest.
All of these letters are a form of ancient Hebrew text called Paleo Hebrew.

The writing on this rock in Los Lunas New Mexico has been there for over three thousand years. Yes I believe it to be the work of Hebrew people. There are a few other places in this general area that indicate that Hebrew were there, including a place to pray that points you towards Jerusalem. The tree above this rock is a Terebinth tree. In this area there are five of these trees and these trees are not native to North America. The scriptures talk of the Terebinth trees and the Hebrew are compared to this tree.
Recently, the top row of letters was chiseled to try and prevent reading this. And several years ago, tar was poured over the entire rock. Some people then had to clean it with brushes and thinner.
To get this transcription, I had to look at several copies of the rock that covered many years. In the photo you see above, I enhanced the photo in Photoshop so I could see the letters better.
All of these words are also found in the Hebrew text of the scriptures. It appears that they are a synopsis of sorts from the ten commandments that deal with loving our neighbor.
Ok what were Hebrew doing in this place three thousand years ago, and what happened
to them? With what peoples did they assimilate? This is about the time of King David and
Solomon's rule. The Hebrew were a strong force in the world. And apparently they traveled
far and wide.
As they traveled far and wide they remembered this in their hearts: [Deu 30:15-16 KJV] 15 See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil; 16 In that I command thee this day to love the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it.

Wadi El-Hol Inscription 2
מכ ת ר ה ע ו ת פ כ א ל
In ancient Hebrew inscriptions, a one, or two letter word can be used to convey a thought. Very handy when inscribing on a wall.
When looking at inscriptions of continuous script I look for obvious combinations, breaks at a vav, and know that words over three letters are rare.
In this example, I have combined the first two letters, and the remainder are all single letter words.
Here is my translation of this beautiful expression of recognition of our leader Yaha'oha and his Torah:
מכ Being brought into submission, ת by he who has the mark, ר of the chief, ה who is a revealer, ע and one who is knowledgeable, ו and one who is like a tent peg that secures a rope that holds up the tent, ת who is a sign, פ by the words coming from his mouth, כ that subdue, א and who yokes with us to teach as as a father does in a family, ל who leads, directs, and defends us with his staff.
